To me, being overweight felt tiring. My body was always exhausted and in pain. Any time that I had to enjoy with my family was very unenjoyable! I struggled to fit into my favorite clothes, I felt depressed and just not "me".

The person I saw in the mirror was a stranger to my eyes. Over and over I would make the commitment to myself to finally lose the weight, but I could never stick with any dreadful or impossible "diet".

It is said that it generally takes around 30 days to turn a behavior into a habit. The first step is to commit to the challenge. Once you’ve committed to clean eating and a healthier lifestyle, your body will follow as your mind directs. (Honestly, deciding to stick with it and not quit is the hardest part!)

And this is why I created the T-Tapp YOU Challenge that is starting Wednesday, May 31, 2017, so that others can learn and benefit from what I used to help my close friends, many others and myself.

What you will need: A positive attitude, water, workout clothes, and a comfortable bed so you can get plenty of rest. Also a binder to print out all of the information received to refer back to later.


Cancellation Policy: Because I am 100% dedicated to your success, once class has started refund will be provided at the end with proof that you completed all assignments.

24 hours or less cancelation on Virtual Training sessions are non- refundable or will be rescheduled. All Virtual-training sessions must be completed before class ends, unless otherwise approved at the discretion of Michelle Barbuto.
