What you will need: A positive attitude, water, workout clothes, and a comfortable bed so you can get plenty of rest. Also a binder to print out all of the information received to refer back to later.


Cancellation Policy: Because I am 100% dedicated to your success, once class has started refund will be provided at the end with proof that you completed all assignments.

24 hours or less cancelation on Virtual Training sessions are non- refundable or will be rescheduled. All Virtual training sessions must be completed before class ends, unless otherwise approved at the discretion of Michelle Barbuto.

I participated in Michelle’s very first T-Tapp You class, and it was a wonderful experience. The amount of information that was presented was staggering. I had to purchase a binder to organize all the E-Mails that I wanted to save. I loved the daily E-Mails, there were days I couldn’t wait to get to work so that I could read my E-Mails and see what Michelle had in store for us.

I lost 7.5 inches in 4 weeks which is impressive for me cuz I'm a less to lose gal & have always been very slow to lose also. Most of those inches came off in the second half of the class after Michelle tweaked my form.

My favorite part of the class was the individual schedules. Michelle took the time to find out about my areas of concern and also took into consideration my life style to really make a schedule that worked for me. What were some highlights of this class for you?

1. Getting my video feedback and finding that I was completely doing Jazz Twist wrong and that my TTT was in need of definite attention!

Hi Michelle,

I just wanted to tell you how much I have enjoyed T-Tapp YOU. You are amazing! I read where Teresa said that no one could become a trainer until they were certified by her. Your expertise shows that she meant exactly that. The routines were just right and I loved the daily e-mail. It was the first thing I looked for every a.m. You were never too busy to answer a question and, let's face it, I had a LOT of questions!

I printed out every e-mail and put them in a 3-ring binder, so I now have a great resource just for me. Senior citizens are often not taken seriously. The general opinion is that since we don't have a whole lot of years left, it's better to pay attention to those that are younger. You never treated me that way and I so appreciate it. If anyone is thinking about taking this class, all I can say is, "Stop thinking and do it! It's a winner."

I really appreciated being able to take my questions to an experienced T-Tapper and get the assistance I needed. I needed to work on my form in many areas of the workouts so Michelle had her work cut out for her. She also kept me motivated. I am a Less To Lose Gal so I got pretty discouraged when it came time to turn in our measurements and once again I saw no change. Michelle helped me to remember

The personal attention, specific info on each move especially with form errors, I enjoyed the goals, conquering exercise excuses, and the little Word of the day immensely. Those helped me change my focus more. The chats were great too – made the class seem more personal since we're spread out all over. I THOROUGHLY ENJOYED THIS CLASS WITH MICHELLE. I HAD MY EYES (AND MIND) OPENED WHEN IT CAME TO THE EATING TIPS. I HAVE TAKEN SEVERAL DIET & NUTRITION CLASSES IN THE PAST, BUT NONE HAVE EVER DEALT WITH THE FOOD/MIND CONNECTION THAT WE LEARNED HERE.

I MADE A NOTEBOOK TO SAVE ALL THE INFORMATION WE RECEIVED IN THE CLASS; FORM TWEAKS, TIPS, REFERENCES, AND ETC. I KNOW THAT I WILL BE REFERRING TO IT QUITE OFTEN. THIS CLASS WAS A HUGE BANQUET OF INFORMATION. I COULD NOT POSSIBLY EAT EVERYTHING IN SUCH A SHORT TIME. I THINK OF MY NOTEBOOK AS MY 'DEEP-FREEZE'. IT CONTAINS ALL THE WONDERFUL DISHES FROM THAT BANQUET, READY FOR ME TO ENJOY ANYTIME I WANT TO IN THE FUTURE.

What were some highlights of this class for you?


All the information from Teresa and the forums about nutrition. I knew that Teresa had scientific background but had no idea the amount of research she does. I will definitely be using the forums to find answers to my questions and nutritional information. Also, the personalized schedule and Michele's own forum. Even though I couldn't participate a lot myself, usually others asked the same 
questions I had and going through all the questions and answers was very helpful. The interpretation of inches lost and how to fine tune your workout was also a highlight.

The 30 day training given by Michelle was a wonderful experience and really showed me how to use the different T-Tapp workouts. Not only did I lose inches but I am now on the road to doing regular T-Tapp workouts. Some of my personal benefits have been: standing taller and straighter, less back and knee pain, able to really tighten my muscles while doing the T-Tapp stance and better breathing while 
working out. Michelle gives everyone a personalized workout schedule and an interpretation of your inch loss with ways to fine tune your workout. Thanks, Michelle for showing me so many ways to improve my health and fitness. Jo S.

I highly recommend this class to everybody. It is really difficult for me to say what exactly I loved most as all the elements were great and each of them complemented others in such a way that one could not but benefit a lot! I liked Michelle's personalized approach which added some personal touch to the relations between the Coach and the students. I really loved to have the workout schedule and weekly exchanges with Michelle to discuss the results: her comments were invaluable and helped a lot. Michelle was always near to render assistance and advice on what to do and how to adjust the schedule when needed.

Thanks to Michelle's class my eating became mindful – something I had been struggling to achieve earlier but never really succeeded.

Michelle is a very caring Coach and she takes care of her students even after the end of the class – this I know very well, as my DD took the previous class and Michelle keeps advising her long after the class is over. Last but not least: since my DD took the class, I did know almost all the materials. I liked them SO much that I just could not resist taking the class myself. No regrets! I enjoyed every moment of it and only wish it were a bit longer.

I was apprehensive about asking some questions, but Michelle answered each question clearly, providing accurate and helpful feedback and alleviating my fears. Also I found that Michelle gave me realistic examples to work with and motions in which a movement or sequence would be used and told me the pitfalls to look out for. Initially I was unable to do Organs in Place, I just couldn't feel anything what so ever and was nervous about pressing in, now this has become one of my most favorite things and is a real torso trimmer.  Sean - London, England

I had several a-ha moments – TTN, tightening and squeezing thighs. The class gave great information on getting and staying motivated. The class also provided insight into how “fit” people think, such as not letting my workouts be a negotiable part of my day. There was a 
time in my T-tapp career when I didn’t know how to take my workout to the next level. I feel like with Michelle’s information set up in a binder, when I feel “stuck” again, I have a great resource to go to. All of my T-tapp questions have been answered. I wish the class were longer!!! It has been really nice being a part of a smaller group that is focused on similar goals. Wish I had signed up for T-tapp YOU to the MAX! I am eager to continue on with T-tapp  I also wish I lived closer to Monaca, PA - I would love to take some in person classes with Michelle

I particularly enjoyed the weekly challenges and reading POP commentary about various moves. Having the forum was a nice touch as well! Michelle was attentive to everyone and always ready to help with information and/or encouragement. The class was great and I would not hesitate to recommend an on line class with Michelle to anyone looking to further their T-tapp practice. I was initially unsure how much benefit doing an on line course would be, since this is such a visual and kinetic workout, but I have learned a lot and the class served to strengthen my excitement!Susan S.

This class rocked!! I really liked the daily e-mails because they were very practical and informative. I plan to re-read them each day, the month after class ends.
