This online class is extremely thorough, as Trainer Margaret takes you through the “nuts and bolts” of all 8 moves from Basic Workout+, sharing her best tips for getting the most out of each movement. Then, you get a chance to practice each move, applying the new tips and tricks you’ve learned! Also included are two bonus classes: “T-Tapp Stance/Curling the Core” and “All About Muscle Activation.” Best of all, you won’t have to wade through a 2-hour video segment to find a specific move you’d like to focus on! Each segment is labeled clearly and the videos are broken up into bite-sized chunks of 10 minutes or less.
