Ready for spring? Maybe weather-wise but not fitness-wise?! Let's take form up a notch to get in shape to look our best!
We all try to be mindful of our form, but even as a trainer my body likes to take the path of least resistance. After a while, our mind-to-muscle connections aren't as strong and it can be that little bit of disconnect that makes the difference between cinching in those inches or hitting a wall. Having your form checked and learning tweaks to take it to the next level can make a big difference!
Webcam sessions are great for checking form, watching a move done slowly that you may have questions about or that you want to see from another angle.
I'm offering a webcam sale to make it easier for you to reach your goals and activate to your max!

Your choice of 20-minute “Mighty Mini” sessions or one hour sessions. I recommend splitting the one-hour sessions into 2 half-hour sessions. You can use the sessions for accountability or to dig into refining your form for specific moves. Let's get going on your fitness goals so you can “spring” into shape!
One hour online sessions—regularly $75 each-- SPECIAL price of $65 each!
Mighty Minis 20-minute sessions-- regularly $25 each—SPECIAL price $20 each!
What you will need: Webcam with microphone, plenty of water, towel, and a notebook and pen. Great attitude and readiness to learn!
After you register, please forward me your e-mail confirmation ( firstname.lastname@example.org ) and let me know if you will be scheduling your sessions soon or waiting. We can also discuss the days/times. I use Zoom and will send a link the day before your session.
Cancellation Policy: If you can't make a scheduled session, please let me know as soon as possible so we can reschedule.
RECOMMENDED! If you are new to online training, I strongly recommend you “practice” with a friend before your scheduled session so you can get the most out of your time!
