Meet and Great
Session 1: 9:15– 10:45
Rev up the fat loss with Basic Plus workout, done slowly and adding Total Workout as much as we can.
BREAK: 10:45 - 11
During these 15 minutes we will have a snack with Q & A.
Session 2: 11– 12
FREE: SURPRISE WORKOUT: if you signed up for Session 1.
Session 1: $65
Session 2: FREE (Yup you read that right, it’s FREE!!)
Both sessions: $65 /$75 after June 11, 2017 (No walk-ins accepted)

What to Bring:
Bring water, a towel, and wear fitted clothes so I can see your form. Please wear supportive, cross trainer shoes. Bring a snack if desired. Paper for note taking would be great if you are so inclined.
Cancellation policy: Cancellation is non-refundable after JUNE 11TH.
