You are my 1st stop on my “Tribute to Teresa” LIVE Tour, and I am so happy be coming back to TORONTO. Not only will we have fun together but will have a Tribute to Teresa, to honor the founder of the T-Tapp method. We will share stories of success and how she impacted our lives.
Each move is taught step-by-step in a smooth, slow pace to focus on form and fundamentals of T-Tapp. Moves will be reviewed with a comprehensive in-depth look to technique for a full understanding of primary T-Tapp principals such as KLT, linear alignment, leverage isometrics, lymphatic pumping and no big toe so you can maximize effectiveness of your workout. T-Tapp is a physical therapy approach to fitness so these workouts are rehabilitative for those of you who suffer from lower back, shoulder, and/or knee pain and a variety of chronic diseases.

Session 1: Noon - 1:00
Warm up with Step Away the Inches and Posture Walk, full body cardio workouts with simple but effective moves. Want to fit into those favorite holiday fashions? These aerobic walking workouts provides both cardiac conditioning and total body sculpting. Focus will be on basics and health benefits of T-Tapp walking and how you can maximize any walking program, whether in your living room or hitting the trails or city walking. This workout builds muscle strength, flexibility in the upper and lower body, and helps to drop inches from head to toe! Discover the difference with walking the T-Tapp way in every step you take.
Session 2: 1:00 - 2:30
Busy schedule during the holidays? Focus will be on the fundamentals of T-Tapp with Basic Workout Plus and the new First Step Fascia Fitness. Get big results in little time with workouts that deliver results in only 15 minutes a day, perfect for a busy and on-the-go lifestyle, especially during the holidays. Emphasis will be on linear alignment, isometric isolation, and no big toe with additional activation of fascia for optimal results. Learn the secrets to the effectiveness of this progressive simple technique. The new Fascia Fitness will help you take your workout to a new level with more results and feel and look your best.
Session 3: 2:30 - 4:00
This session will focus on your abdominal area and “Secrets to a Flat Stomach.” Warm up with moves from Hit the Floor, a super abdominal workout done on the floor using gravity to help pull the organs in and up, cinching in the tummy. Other benefits are slimming thighs, strengthening the lower back and targeting the entire abdominal area.
Then get an intro to Brain-Body Fitness Floor, one of the newer workouts featuring new muscle activation tips on the floor. It features comprehensive sequences of stretches and spot reduction movements that trim your rib to knee and helps to eliminate excess inflammation, debulk the backside and a whole lot more.
Session 4: 4:00 - 5:00
We will end the day with more focus on Fascia Fitness and Q&A.

Supportive sneakers are a must. Wear comfortable or workout clothing.
BRING a small towel and a large towel or exercise mat for floor exercises.
T-Tapp and wellness products will be available for purchase on the day of the event, with a discount of course, check or US cash only.
Same day walk-ins welcome, check or US cash only. Please call ahead to let me know you will be attending.
Bring snacks and water. It is best to make sure you eat lunch before you arrive, there will be no lunch break. We will have short breaks throughout the day.
