Imagine 24 hours with T-Tapp Master Trainer and Health Coach Sue Fetzner for a 1 night Private T-Tapp Bootcamp in my century old restored Bed & Breakfast style farmhouse and event venue in Lake Country of Western NY. Working out and getting health tips for 24 hours will give your body the re-boot it needs.
Focus will be on form basics of T-Tapp using several workouts with some sneak peaks at the new fascia fitness and posture power. Take your workout and results to a new level. The bootcamp is good for anyone of any level. There will be form critiques, discussions on fast result tips to a healthy holiday body, skin brushing, and Q & A.
You will each (only 3 of you) have your own bedroom with shared bathrooms (will choose bedroom upon arrival, 1st person gets 1st choice). All bedding, pillows, and towels are provided. 4:30 – 6:30 Arrive/check in, get to know you time, pre-measure
6:30 – 8:30 Workout
8:30 – 9:30 “Chocolate, Wine and Wellness”
Wind down with simple joys of country living, sipping wine by the fire, eating chocolate, girls time, and discussion about holiday eating and health and tips for reaching your goals. Sue will share her story from defeat to victory from 20 years of the chains of fibromyalgia.

If you must cancel you must contact Sue directly at email@example.com or call 585-682-3263. Because this is an exclusive and very limited event, there will be no refunds if you cancel. If you must cancel you may use 50% of the cost in credit toward private training sessions to be used within 30 days of the date of event, otherwise forfeit the credit.

You must be able to climb stairs. The bedrooms and full bathroom are on the2nd floor and there are stairs into the house. All stairways have railings.
Please inform Sue of any special dietary needs, will do best to accommodate.

If you have strict dietary needs, you may choose to bring your own food
