Hit the Floor Harder is more comprehensive than the original Hit the Floor workout and definitely more challenging. This workout includes the first 10 minutes of the Total Workout as a warm up. Form pointers after the workout will help increase inch loss and improve fitness level with any floor workout routine. Hit the Floor Harder is considered to be an intermediate to advanced level T-Tapp workout.
