This 54 minute instructional (can be a complete workout) is a great beginner workout. This workout is similar to the Senior Fit Instructional.
If you have any neck and/or shoulder issues, you want to get this workout. Teresa takes the time to really detail how to use both your arms and a towel to lengthen and strengthen the muscles and all the connective tissue in that area.
