If you are looking for a great workout that is a combination of Basic Workout Slow and the new Fascia Stretch Cardio workout, this is the workout for you. It features Teresa with Pat and Berei and it is appropriate for all fitness levels. It includes a great arm series that is aimed at tightening up those batwing arms and you get a "Berei Hop" sequence that is new. You also get a modified version of Thread The Needle and a great fascia stretch for hip and feet (the top of foot fascia stretch). From there you'll move on to a hip/glute stretch and this workout ends with Lawnmowers. You get all this plus tons of fascia stretching and lymphatic pumping for a great anti-aging workout.
This workout is more cardio than Workout 1 but not so fast you can't follow along. Suggest this as an "every other day" workout!
