We're all after optimal results—we want every move to count!  Getting with a trainer to check your form is the best way to check your alignment and learn the latest tweaks to get the most out of your workout efforts.  Now you can have a Master Trainer in your home via webcam training! 


We can go over basic form and alignment, work through moves you need more clarity on or zero in to focus on moves specific to your goals.

Mighty Mini Sessions are 20 minutes for those who just want a quick form check or to go through the workout of your choice.  I suggest that the one hour sessions be split into 2 half hour sessions so you don't get overwhelmed with too much to focus on!  This still allows plenty of time for questions, form checks, and going through moves together--your choice of workout or even moves from different workouts!  We can also talk about healthier eating and thought choices-- the importance of our self talk and how it can encourage us on our journey or sabotage our hard work.  Dealing with core beliefs plus developing core muscle activation result in a great start to total transformation—inside and out!


Sessions are via Skype or Zoom.




Mighty Mini (20 minute session) –  $20 (regularly $25)

Beautiful Beginning-- 1 one hour session: $57  (regularly $67)

Beautiful Bargain-- 2 one hour sessions for $105

What you will need:  Webcam with microphone, plenty of water, towel, and a notebook and pen.  Great attitude and readiness to learn!


Cancellation Policy:  If you can't make a scheduled session, please let me know as soon as possible so we can reschedule. 


RECOMMENDED!  If you are new to online virtual training, I recommend you “practice” with a friend before your scheduled session so you can get the most out of your time!
