Fabulous Fascia Fitness Retreat Class Package!
The 2017 Fitness Retreat was the last Retreat Teresa Tapp did. It was, as always, inspirational, motivational and incredibly informative. Teresa was brilliant and her work was always so ahead of everyone else. I found this particular Retreat to be one of her very best in terms of new teaching and exploration into how to work our fascia to get even better results.
Now don't get me wrong...we were already incorporating a huge amount of fascia stretching in our workouts and in my classes. But I have to say...Teresa amped it up during this retreat and added quite a few additional moves designed specifically to stretch and work your core fascia. The results of this intensification was remarkable.
The women who were in my classes after that Retreat found themselves cinching in even more than before and became better able to maintain their "ribs up" throughout the day.
The feedback from these particular fascia fitness classes was fantastic. But I never released them in a recorded package until...NOW.

I don't want you to think the "older" workouts don't incorporate the fascia stretches and therefore aren't as "effective". Not true. As a matter of fact...these classes are so intense I don't think they should be the only classes you always do. They are great to do a few times a week to connect your mind to muscle/ brain to body so you are able to get even more out of all the different workouts you do.

I have them in the order they were recorded starting with the first class I did when I get back from the 2017 retreat. You don't have to do them in order but I think you'll see there was a method to my order madness.

(15) 50 minutes classes
(1) 15 minute class
(1) 30 minute combo (standing and floor)
(1) 15 minute instructional on the "Berei Hops"
I realize most of these classes are 50 minutes long. Can you break them up? Of course. Even a short amount of time will give you results.
These classes are also terrific to do even 2 - 3 times a week and then maybe add in other T-Tapp workouts in between. You'll find yourself using the new fascia fitness tips you learn in this package with all the other workouts and watching your brain to body connection build...along with your results!

“Noon class (9am for me) felt great! With imbalances as severe as mine, even when I was thinking super hard about it, I was still tending to go path of least resistance. Baby steps: just able to feel where hip turn out should be and maybe go a couple millimeters in that direction. We are balancing, balancing, I can feel it! SUPER love the spinal decompression and release!! First day had about 4-5 dozen releases, today at least 3 dozen.
