Session 1: 10:30 – 11:30
Rev up the fat loss with Basic Workout done slowly. You will feel your muscles working!!!
Session 2: 11:40 – 12:10
During these 30 minutes we will cover how to SNEAK in T-Tapp, in the everyday, without getting into your workout clothes. What can I do to help this tummy disappear? Q&A
Session 3: 12:15 – 1:15
Standing workout continued with Total Work Out (TWO) and we will include the addition of floor work as time permits.

What to Bring:
Bring water, a towel, and a yoga mat, wear fitted clothes so I can see your form and please wear supportive cross trainer shoes. Bring a snack/lunch if desired.
