TappCore: Fundamental Fitness for the Developmental Body
TappCore was created for students and teachers and includes 9 mindful minute movements designed to build strength, flexibility and a healthy heart. TappCore has recently been incorporated in many of the schools in Hillsborough County, Florida for grades K through 12. Each exercise on TappCore is taught in detail and then offered without instruction. It's like a library of Target Pops! Learn basic T-Tapp techniques to activate the muscles from the inside out to strengthen the joints and spine for preventative fitness and wellness.
TappCore helps to stimulate the left/right brain, mind and body. It's a great way to sneak in exercise throughout the day for those who don't have the time or space. Do one movement at a time or combine several together for a mini-workout. A few of the movements also feature Teresa Tapp's Bichon Frise, Buddy!
In 2008, T-Tapp received a letter of recognition from Florida Governor, Charlie Crist, about the TappCore program. We are honored to have his approval and inspired to help children shape up, get healthy and fit!

We love TappCore! I am a homeschooling mom of 6. We use this to get the wiggles out, to help with focus and attention, and just for some good exercise!
I also love that you can pick and choose to do just a few exercises or if you choose to do them all, it only takes less than 20 minutes.
Intently focusing on form for each short move makes it a good workout in itself.

TappCore is T-Tapp in the fun mode. It’s brilliantly packed with critical tweaks to help anyone’s T-Tapp form improve as well as strengthen and tone the core.
There’s no excuse not to understand it. There’s no excuse not to do a few moves - or more than a few. In TappCore Teresa and Buddy appeal to the kid in all of us and before we know it, we’ve completed some super T-Tapp moves.
I recommend it to all of my T-Tapp clients as a super teaching aid as well as something we incorporate into their T-Tapp workout schedules. It gives their personal T-Tapping new variety, interest and definitely boosts results.
Personally when I feel like doing a Total Workout but don’t have the time, I’ll simply do a Basic Workout Plus and tack on 2 or 3 TappCore moves. It's one of my favorite secret short cuts.
