This workout is amazing in so many ways that it is hard to put into words. It has helped to flatten my stomach, heal my shoulder and ankle, sculpt my arms, legs and back side. I cannot believe how good I feel after doing it. It is an intense workout yet I always feel refreshed, strengthened and empowered afterward. My posture, core strength and flexibility have improved greatly. I also love that you can never out grow this workout, as you get stronger you continually improve the depth of the workout therefore you are always challenged by it. I can't believe I actually look forward to working out!! I NEVER thought I would hear myself say that! I am so thankful for T-Tapp and Teresa!
