I attended Teresa's workshop in Atlanta, where she introduced the modifications in this workout. I loved the modifications and really wanted to be able to do this workout in my home to help me with my thyroid.
Recently, I read that Armour thyroid medication (and all thyroid meds) are meant to be a supplement, not the solution. Eating foods that improve thyroid function (rather than suppress it) and appropriate exercise that supports the thyroid are vital to a healthy functioning thyroid.
With this workout in my tool belt, I feel confident that my thyroid will get stronger and healthier. Thank you T-Tapp team!!
