Finger & Foot Fitness is a Master Level Educational Clinic filmed at the 2007 Safety Harbor Fitness Retreat which educates and demonstrates several movements for fingers and feet to help improve flexibility, lessen pain and decrease inflammation.

Maintaining optimal function of fingers and feet is not only important for lymphatic function but also help your body lose weight easier and get fit faster.

This DVD also has a special menu that allows you to choose exercises individually from both Finger Fitness and Foot Fitness sections.

    Last night I set out to glance at my new DVD - no such thing, I ended up doing the entire routine! The workout is fun and effective, and the stretches feel wonderful. I have learned a lot about proper alignment - really a must if you have bunions. I really like the retreat format: same amazing teaching from Teresa but in a more casual setting. I have enjoyed every minute of it, and am stil in shock that not only do my feet feel fantastic, they also look better!

    I have severe arthritis in both feet. I have been told that I needed four surgeries to fix all that is wrong. T-tapping had already made things better
    But after doing this video one time my feet were pain free!! I have actually been walking barefoot for the first time in forever! It is now the end of the day and my feet aren't swollen like they normally are! I am so thankful!

    I have been doing T-Tapp exercises for some years now and had this DVD on my wish list for a long time. After doing this only ONCE, I felt and knew that your feet and fingers has a whole lot more to do with health than what I ever could have imagined. I even slept better. Thank you Teresa!

    When I do not have much time for exercise, my plan is to do body brushing, these exercises and then add a 15 min. workout if time permits (with maintaining good posture during the day):)

    Thank you for adding the individual moves section in the DVD, it is very helpful.

    I do not have this DVD yet (it's on my wish list), however I attended a retreat in 2006 and Teresa led us in the Finger & Foot Fitness workout. My feet have never felt so wonderful. It felt as if I was walking on air. I'm looking forward to adding this DVD to my T-Tapp collection.
