Join us for our annual 4 day/3 night T-Tapp Fitness Retreat!! This year's T-Tapp fitness retreat will be held at the Safety Harbor Resort Hotel & Spa from August 3 (Noon) - August 6 (2:00 pm), 2017. It will be structured with Teresa teaching at least 2 comprehensive workout clinics per day for Friday, August 4th and Saturday, August 5th, as well as one workout on Sunday morning August 6th. Cost includes lodging for 3 nights (Thurs, Fri, Sat), most meals (lunch and dinner), all workouts, seminars and special speakers, gratuity and taxes.

What airport do I fly into?
Tampa International Airport is the largest airport in this area. Another one you may want to check flights for is St. Petersburg/Clearwater Airport, which is much smaller but has good rates for select areas. Tampa is a 20-minute drive from the Spa and the Clearwater one is a 15-minute drive.
How do I get to the Safety Harbor Spa from the airport?
We recommend scheduling a shuttle service in advance. The one we normally use is called Super Shuttle. You can book your reservation online or by calling 1-800-BLUE-VAN, 1-800-258-3826. If you can coordinate a shuttle ride with other T-Tappers going to the Spa, you can get a reduced rate by booking everyone at once. If you have several people in your party you may opt for a taxi ride to the Spa and split the bill. Please look on the T-Tapp forums for an event post about times that people are arriving to Tampa to see if anyone is arriving close to you!
If you are renting a car, please map out directions to the Safety Harbor Spa before you leave. The physical address is 105 North Bayshore Drive, Safety Harbor, Florida 34695.
What should I bring?
Please bring your multiple workout outfits and sneakers (you will need more than one outfit). We recommend form fitting attire for workouts, so Teresa can see your body and make sure you are doing the form properly. A water bottle, small towel or mat is also recommended but not necessary (if staying at the hotel you can use their towels and we always have a water station in the workout room with cups).
The entire T-Tapp event is casual. Teresa sometimes wears her workout clothes all day, even to dinner. So whatever you feel comfortable in is fine with us! You may want to bring a nice outfit for dinners. Please be prepared for Florida weather (hot and humid). Also, bring a sweater or jacket if you tend to get cold in air conditioned areas (we find that the main exercise room is cooler, but you warm up as you workout). Bring your bathing suit and sunscreen if you plan on using the pool / spa area.
What spa options are there?
The Safety Harbor Spa offers a variety of relaxing spa treatments. The Spa is graciously offering all T-Tappers a 20% discount on a'la carte services. Where do I eat?
Lunch and dinner, along with other goodies, are provided during the entire retreat!! The Safety Harbor Spa does have a sit-down restaurant, but there are plenty of other options for eating within walking distance. The Spa is located at the end of Main Street Safety Harbor, which is lined with restaurants and shops. There is a Starbucks located right across the street as well.
Can I place an order for T-Tapp products at the event?
Definitely! Our office is nearby and we can fill your order before you leave. Ask the T-Tapp Staff for special event pricing.
