Be ready to break a sweat as we workout using whole body moves and Fascia stretching techniques to target and tone! Learn how to combine T-Tapp moves to get maximum results in just a short amount of time. Lots of form tips will help guide you to achieve the results you desire! To finish, we will have a designated Q & A session so you can get the answers to any questions you might have about proper form, exercise scheduling...anything you’ve ever wanted to ask a T-Tapp Trainer! Don’t worry, you won't be “working” for all 2 ½ hours! Plenty of demonstration and numerous water breaks means that you won't wear out too fast.

The Cornwell Center facility is directly across from Queens University. The door to the group exercise studio is down the hall and to the right upon entering the building. Or, you can ask the front desk where the T-Tapp clinic is taking place, and they will show you. Make sure to bring a water bottle, supportive footwear, and comfortable athletic clothing so I can see your form! You may wish to bring a notebook to take notes, as we will be covering lots of useful T-Tapp Tips!
