This clinic is for anyone with extra inches and who wants to trim up, reduce joint and weight challenges, reduce symptoms of autoimmune system diseases, diabetes, and other chronic health conditions. Workouts are rehabilitative for those of you who suffer from lower back, shoulder, and/or knee pain and a variety of chronic diseases.
Learn how body alignment, better posture, and moving in a certain way not only trims but improves balance, reduces inflammation, reverses hormonal imbalances, lymphatic pumping and increases fat and glucose burning for multiple health benefits.
The focus will be on body alignment, form, and fascia for optimal muscle activation and increased results. Concentration will be on muscle movements and fascia fitness to blast carbs, trim the torso, slim the hips, tighten the tummy, burn back fat, reverse health challenges, and create wellness from within.
Movements will be taught with a step-by-step approach with a smooth and steady pace to focus on form and fundamentals, so is good for a newbie or a seasoned T-Tapper. Improve form for best results.
Multiple movements from several standing workouts such as Total, Healthy Hormones, and First Step Fascia Fitness will be reviewed. We will also do movements from Brain-Body Fitness Floor, one of the newer workouts featuring new muscle activation tips on the floor. It features comprehensive sequences of stretches and spot reduction movements to trim rib to knee and helps to eliminate excess inflammation, debulk the backside and a whole lot more.
Health tips and skin brushing for tighter skin will also be reviewed. A skin brush is included in the workshop.
We will end the day with Q&A.

Supportive sneakers are a must. Wear comfortable or workout clothing.
BRING a small towel and a large towel or exercise mat for floor exercises.

Bring snacks and water. Or, there are snacks and drinks for purchase at the hotel Snack Shack.
Water pitchers with ice water will be provided by the hotel. Breaks throughout.
It is best to make sure you eat lunch before you arrive, there will be no lunch break. We will have short breaks throughout the day.
