It’s time to tuck, tighten and tone to look and feel your best for the holiday season! Improve your form for best results with this LIVE “FORM” clinic. It’s designed for both beginner and existing T-Tappers who want to improve their FORM for better and faster results.
Each move is taught step-by-step in a smooth, slow pace to focus on form and fundamentals. We’ll take a comprehensive in-depth look to technique for a full understanding of primary principals such as KLT, linear alignment, lymphatic pumping and more to maximize results of your workout.
T-Tapp is a physical therapy approach to fitness so is rehabilitative for those of you who suffer from lower back, shoulder, and/or knee pain and a variety of chronic diseases and conditions.

Session 1: 10:00 – 11:00
Warm up with Step Away the Inches and Posture Walk, full body cardio workouts with simple but effective moves. Want to fit into those favorite holiday fashions? These aerobic walking workouts provide both cardiac conditioning and total body sculpting. Focus will be on basics and health benefits of T-Tapp walking with a glimpse of fascia activation to maximize any walking program, whether in your living room, hitting the trails or city walking. You will build muscle strength, flexibility in the upper and lower body, and helps to drop inches from head to toe! Discover the difference with walking the T-Tapp way in every step you take.
Session 2: 11:00 – 12:30
Busy schedule during the holidays? Get big results in little time with workouts that deliver results in only 15 minutes a day with Basic Workout Plus and the new First Step Fascia Fitness. Perfect for a busy and on-the-go lifestyle, especially during the holidays. Emphasis will be on basics of T-Tapp but with additional activation of fascia and posture for optimal results. Learn the secrets to the effectiveness of this progressive simple technique. The new Fascia Fitness will help take your workout to a new level with more results to feel and look your best.
Lunch Break: 12:30 – 1:30 No lunch provided. Bring your own or go out to buy.
Session 3: 1:30 – 3:00
This session will focus on the abdominal area and flat tummy. We’ll warm up with moves from Hit the Floor, a super abdominal workout for cinching in the tummy, slimming thighs, strengthening the lower back and targeting the entire abdominal area.
Then we will do moves from one of the newer workouts Brain-Body Fitness Floor, featuring new muscle activation tips. It features comprehensive sequences of stretches and spot reduction movements that trim your rib to knee, eliminate excess inflammation, reduce water retention, debulk the backside and a whole lot more.
Session 4: 3:00 – 4:00
More focus on Fascia Fitness and how activating fascia will tuck, tighten, and tone in less time. Less is definitely More with Fascia Fitness. Also Q & A.
Cancellation fee up to within 2 days prior to the event - $50.00 cancellation fee applied
Cancellation on the day before, day of the event or a “no show” – Cost of clinic is non-refundable.
If the trainer cancels due to inclement weather, full refund will be applied.
In the event the clinic does not meet required attendance, the trainer reserves the right to reschedule and/or cancel the class.
Supportive sneakers are a must. Wear comfortable or workout clothing.
BRING a small towel and a large towel or exercise mat for floor exercises.
T-Tapp and wellness products will be available for purchase on the day of the event, with a discount of course. Check or cash only.

Bring snacks and water. We will have short breaks throughout the day. There will be a one hour lunch break, no lunch provided. Bring your own or go out for lunch.
