 What?   Fully Fit & Free Weekend Retreat --A time of renewal, refreshing and rejuvenation!  This retreat will be a gentle mix of T-Tapp workout sessions, healthy but tasty foods, downtime, beach walks, together time, pampering and faith-based encouragement for your journey.  This is a time to celebrate YOU!  My goal is to make you feel special (because you ARE!) and for you to come away refreshed and encouraged.  Take a peek at what is included! 

 

 

 

Thursday, September 27

 

4:30- 6:00 p.m. Check-in

 

Check in and get settled into your room.  You'll have a little time to explore your surroundings, take a  nap, or take a quick walk to the beach before supper.

7:15  Sunset Walk (walk to the beach, weather permitting)

Friday, September 28

 

8:00 – 9:00 a.m. Breakfast/ Morning Musings

 

9:30 – 12:00  T-Tapp Session 1-- Back to Basic Workout

 

Basic Workout is the foundation of T-Tapp.  But what about all the newer tips and tweaks, especially the fascia fitness Teresa is now focusing on?  We'll revisit Basic Workout, incorporating the newer fascia fitness tips to make this “oldie but goodie” even more powerful!

 

 

12:00 – 1:30 Lunch with a demonstration of body and face brushing

 

 

2 – 3:30  T-Tapp session 2--  Core Concentration & More!

 

I developed the Defeating Diastasis program, which uses T-Tapp moves and techniques, to close the “tummy gap” of diastasis recti.  Even if you don't have “the gap”, the techniques I will teach in this session will strengthen your core, increase ab awareness and improve pelvic floor function!  I'll also share testimonials from program participants to encourage you to make the core the focus of ALL you do—workouts AND daily life!

 

3:30 to 4:00 T-Tapp session 3-- Sneaky Fit and Chair moves

 

Learn “sneaky fit” techniques to improve your posture while sitting, standing and walking. Then we'll do several moves from a chair workout so you can experience the effectiveness of muscle activation—even in a chair!

 

4 – 6:00 Free time

 

6 – 7:15 Supper

 

7:15 Sunset Walk (weather permitting)

 

8 – 9:30  Pampering Party—Be Your Own Best Friend!

9:30 – 12:00  T-Tapp Session 4-- Fascia Fitness Fusion

 

What's all the buzz about fascia?!  Find out in this session!  I'll be teaching you tweaks to add fascia fitness to any T-Tapp workout.  The moves in this session will be taken from Senior Fit, First Step 1 & 2 and Fascia Fitness workouts.  Let's work that fascia for better results—inside and out!

 

12:00 – 1:30 Lunch & T-Tapp Product Review

 

 

2 – 3:30  T-Tapp session 5 – Fascia Fitness on the Floor!

 

Ready to take your floorwork to a new level?! We'll add fascia fitness tips and go over Teresa's Favorite Fascia Stretches as well as adding fascia fitness to popular floor moves such as Pretty Legs, LadyBug, Crab Claws and more!

 

 

3:30  - 4:00 p.m.  Savvy Stepping

 

Rev up your metabolism with newer tweaks in stepping workouts!  Most of what we do will be from Posture Power Walk with a little broom work, too!

 

 

4 – 6:00 Free time

 

6 – 7:15 Supper

 

7:15 Sunset Walk (weather permitting)

 

8 – 9 p.m.  Pampering Party— From Broken to Precious 

 

9 – 10:30 Ministry & Fellowship Time

PLEASE NOTE!  Spots are limited. Beds are listed by room name and can be seen in the link below.  Three rooms with king or queen beds are available for the shared bed option.  This option is for friends who would like to come together and don't mind sharing the bed for a reduced rate. For those wishing to register for a shared bed you will need to have someone to share with.  I will not be assigning roommates.

 

You will choose your room and then choose single or double price.  If you are sharing a bed, please have your friend register at the same time if possible or e-mail me to let me know who it is that will be registering to share.  If there is no second registration for that room within 7 days, you will be contacted to see if you wish to keep the bedroom you registered for at full price.

 

 

Here is a description of each room:

 

Fern Room:  King size bed on the 2nd floor with an adjacent (but not private) bath

Pendleton Room:  Queen size bedroom on the 1st floor

American Room:  Queen size bed on the 1st floor

Gondola Room:  King size bed on the lower level

The Catch Queen Room:  Queen size bed on the lower level

The Catch Twin:  Twin size bed in room adjacent to Catch Queen Room

Bunk Room:  Three Twin size beds (not actual bunks)

 

There are 3 bathrooms that will be shared by all, one on each level.

Meals will be healthy but not strictly any particular eating plan.  There will be gluten free options but all meals will be made in the same space, so cross-contamination is possible, although we will do our best to avoid it.  If you have strict dietary needs, you are welcome to bring your own food and keep/prepare it in the kitchen.

 

 

EARLY BIRD PRICING through July 17, 2018!  This includes bed, all meals (Thursday supper through Sunday breakfast and snacks), goodie bags, T-Tapp sessions and all pampering—NO extra costs once you arrive!

 

King and Queen beds (single):  $695 each 

King or Queen bed (double):  $595 each person (please register as closely together as you can)

Twin Beds:  $595 each

 

 

There is a 2-payment option available for each registration—please contact the T-Tapp office to arrange this option:

 

King and Queen beds (single):  2 payments of $350 each

King or Queen beds (double):  2 payments of $300 each (per person)

Twin Beds:  2 payments of $300 each

 

(2 payment option is slightly higher to accommodate credit card processing fees)

King and Queen beds (single):  $775 each

King or Queen bed (double):  $675 each person (please register as closely together as you can)

Twin Beds:  $675 each

For Workout Sessions:

 

What to bring?   Notebook and pen for taking notes. Floor mat for floor sessions if desired .  A smile and a readiness to learn and have fun! 

What to wear?  Comfortable clothing, yet form-fitting enough to enable me to better evaluate your form.  Good, supportive cross-trainer shoes with enough room to flex toes are best.  A light jacket or sweatshirt for cooling down times during lunch and Q&A would also be good.

Discount!  Products will be available for purchase the day of the clinic at a discount.  Discounts apply to T-Tapp and Better Body Basics products only.

 

Cancellation policy: There will be a 25% cancellation fee after June 30; a 50% cancellation fee after August 15 and no refunds after September 7, except in case of emergency.  Please note that if you need to cancel for reasons other than an emergency, cancellation fees can possibly be used for other events or training options with me.  Please contact me at 574-371-5755 as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
