9:00 – 9:30 a.m. Registration
9:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Session 1— Fabulous Foundations!
Let's get started right! This is the perfect session for beginners, but veteran T-Tappers will also benefit from going over T-Tapp's foundational principles. We'll start by learning how to properly curl the core for max ab activation, then progress to setting up the T-Tapp stance for optimal alignment. Once the foundation is laid we'll spend time on Primary Back Stretch, the first move in every T-Tapp standing workout, and then go through key moves from Basic Workout and MORE. Your workouts will never be the same after this session!
12:00- 1:15 p.m. Lunch
There may be an option to order lunch from a local restaurant or you can bring your own lunch. Let me know if you're interested in the option to order and I'll send info as soon as I get details!
12:15 – 12:30 p.m. Love Your Skin with Dry Brushing!
While you eat (or while we wait on lunch!) I will demonstrate dry body brushing and face brushing techniques while sharing all the great benefits. Not only will this give you soft, glowing skin, but it will also help move the lymph for better overall health!
1:15 – 2:00 p.m. Session 2-- Core Concentration in a Chair!
Can you really activate in a chair and lose inches? Will you really notice a difference in your health by “just” working out in a chair?
YES! Join me for this session to learn how to get the most out of seated moves. I'll also include ideas to “sneak in fitness” at your desk or in the car—great if you have a desk job! If you have health or fatigue issues (thyroid, adrenal, etc) this session will help you get the most out of a workout in a chair, to help you feel and look better! One of my friends lost ½ inch off her abs in FIVE DAYS of doing my Chair Champions classes! Yes you CAN!

2:10- 4:00 Session 3 – Fascia Fitness for Healthy Hormones
What's all the buzz about fascia?! Find out in this session! I'll be teaching you tweaks to add fascia fitness to any T-Tapp workout. The moves in this session will be taken from Mindful Movement for Healthy Hormones, Senior Fit, First Step 1 & 2 and Fascia Fitness workouts. If you want to feel better as well as look better, fascia fitness is the key! Let's work that fascia for better results—inside and out!

What to bring? Plenty of water and a hand towel or washcloth. Notebook and pen for taking notes. A smile and a readiness to learn and have fun!
What to wear? Comfortable clothing, yet form-fitting enough to enable me to better evaluate your form. Good, supportive cross-trainer shoes with enough room to flex toes are best. A light jacket or sweatshirt for cooling down times during lunch and Q&A would also be good.
