It’s time to tuck, tighten and tone to look and feel your best for the holiday season!

Improve your form for best results with this LIVE “FORM” clinic.  It is designed to accommodate beginners who are new to T-Tapp and for existing T-Tappers who want to improve their FORM. Get the benefits of working out LIVE with a Master Trainer.

 

Each move will be taught step-by-step in a smooth, slow pace in order to focus on form and fundamentals of T-Tapp. Moves will be reviewed with a comprehensive in-depth look to technique for a full understanding of the primary T-Tapp principals such as KLT, linear alignment, leverage isometrics, lymphatic pumping and no-big toe so you can maximize effectiveness of your workout. Because T-Tapp is a physical therapy approach to fitness these workouts are rehabilitative for those who suffer from lower back, shoulder, and/or knee pain and a variety of chronic diseases. Get ready for additional inch loss after this clinic.  Could you imagine what it would be like to lose instead of gain inches during the holidays? Everyone will want to know your secret.

 

Session 1: 10:00 am - Noon  

We’ll start the day with a warm up with Step Away the Inches. Find out how to get a full body cardio workout with a simple but effective workout. Want to fit into those favorite holiday fashions? This aerobic walking workout provides not only cardiac conditioning but also total body sculpting. Focus will be on the basics and health benefits of T-Tapp walking and how you can maximize any walking program, whether in your living room or hitting the summer trail. This workout builds muscle strength, flexibility in the upper and lower body, and helps to drop inches from head to toe! Discover the difference in walking the T-tapp way with every step you take.

 

Busy schedule during the holidays?  We will next focus on the Basics of T-Tapp with Basic Workout Plus, a workout that delivers a comprehensive approach to yield results in only

15 minutes a day, perfect for a busy and on-the-go lifestyle.  The BWO+ is the first part of the Total Workout and is perfect by itself or as a warm-up for other workout programs to increase effectiveness. Linear alignment, isometric isolation, and no big toe will be emphasized.  Learn the secrets to the effectiveness of this progressive simple technique.

 

You’ll also get a sneak peak of First Step Fascia Fitness and Posture Power on how to take your workout to a new level with more results and feel and look your best.

 

Noon – 1:00 Lunch Break

Please bring your own lunch . We will eat together and share our stories.  Get healthy tips on reducing sugar spiking during the holidays to reduce inches.

 

Session 2: 1:00 – 3:00 

The afternoon session will focus on your abdominal area and “Secrets to a Flat Stomach.”

 

We will Hit the Floor for some floor exercises.  HTF Workout is a super abdominal workout done on the floor using gravity to help pull the organs in and up, cinching in the tummy.  Other benefits are slimming thighs, strengthening the lower back and targeting the entire abdominal area.

 

You will also get some sneak peaks from the  Brain-Body Fitness Floor workout, one of the newer workouts featuring  the new muscle activation tips on the floor.  It features comprehensive sequences of stretches and spot reduction movements that trim your rib to knee and helps to eliminate excess inflammation, debulk the backside and a whole lot more.

 

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation fee up to 2 days prior to the event  - $35.00 cancellation fee for 1 session, $50.00 for full day.

Cancellation on the day of the event or a “no show” – Clinic cost is non-refundable.

Supportive sneakers are a must. Wear comfortable or workout clothing.

 

BRING a small towel and a large towel or exercise mat for floor exercises.
