It really does work!
I became interested in T-Tapp when asking on a message board about excersises to improve posture. As a constantly nursing mother, or as one who's always holding a child, my perfect "piano player" posture has long since deserted me.

Let me preface by saying that I'm only 4 days into the Basic Workout (BWO). Prior to this (before I got the DVD) I was just doing the hoedowns occasionally and the Organs in Place/Half Frogs every day for a week or so. In just that time of those two exercises, I lost 2 inches on my waist. Granted, I am only 4 months postpartum, so I expected my results to come more quickly than they might have otherwise. I was extremely pleased none-the-less!

Now, 4 days into the BWO+, as of yesterday (3 days in) I had lost 1.25" more, collectively. So 3.25" (at LEAST) since I began even bothering with T-Tapp- and inconsistently at that- a month ago. I had read over and over about people getting EXTREMELY fast results with T-Tapp, so I had hopes for myself, and was not disappointed.

Let me tell you, the workout seems ridiculously simple and it's easy to mock it and say, "there's no way that works." But oh goodness, I'm even a pretty fit person and found it to work me in ways I hadn't expected! Even just halfway through the 15 minute BWO (yes, just FIFTEEN minutes!!) my legs felt like jello and my arms were shaking! The thing is, it is HARD to train your mind to use all those muscles while focusing on performing the exercise correctly at the same time. That is why it works so well, and in so many ways!! Oh...and I need to mention that after day 1, I was a wee bit sore. After day 2, I felt more worked than I did after Jillian Michaels workouts!

A quick workout for when you don't have time!
I use the basic workout plus everyday and I have lost 7 inches in just 5 days!! It is wonderful for people that are always on the go, plus you need minimal space to do it in. I highly recommend this to everyone! Especially doing to the 14 day bootcamp with it.

Now There's No Excuse for Saying 'I Don't Have Time to Exercise!'
Basic Workout Plus is a great little workout no matter what your current fitness level. You finish the workout feeling like you've moved every place in your body, but it's exhilarating not exhausting. The next day I felt the results of the Torso Twists along my sides even though they didn't seem difficult at the time.

I use this workout as a stand-alone or before I hit the floor with some Target Pop moves like Awesome Legs or Diva Derriere. My goal is to work up to the Total Workout.

Caution: don't do the Basic Workout Plus too close to bedtime. Like I said, it is exhilarating and it tends to wire me for an hour or two. Great for releasing tension after I get home from work, though.
