I’d like to celebrate my birthday weekend with you by leading an extra special T-Tapp workout, including all of my favorites to tone and tighten from head to toe.  Both standing and floor work will be included.  Plus, I’ll be just back from the 2010 retreat with lots of new things to share.  Bring a yoga mat and dress for a workout!

What to Bring:  Bring a smile, a yoga mat, plenty of water, a washcloth or small towel, and your enthusiasm.  Please bring clean dry shoes to change into; we are responsible for leaving a clean undamaged floor behind.
