Sessions are 60 minutes. All package sessions must be used by 12/31/12. Upon registration, Kirsten will contact you to schedule your session(s). Please provide a valid email address and phone number.
Have at the Ready: a webcam and microphone, Skype or similar account (there is no charge to use Skype), a smile, plenty of water, a washcloth or small towel, a yoga mat, and your enthusiasm.
Cancellation: 48 hours or more ahead, $25 fee. Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance or same day “no show” is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Class Prerequisite: the desire to be fit and fabulous!
