If you live on the Gulf Coast, are in the area for a meeting or a get-away, it is worth the time to seek out at least one of Jeanne's sessions. I did and I am forever grateful and indebted to her for the assistance.
I am a snowbird and procrastinated until my final week in the Sunshine State to sign up and attend one of Jeanne's classes. The drive was about an hour from where I was staying but I thought it was closer than any T-Tapp session in my home region. And the price was so right! If in an hour or two I was happy, it would be over and I'd be headed back north.
Well, that first class with Jeanne was fantastic. She had about ten students and worked through the routine so every one seemed to get some attention and moaned and groaned to some of the more challenging moves. I felt welcome by Jeanne and my fellow students. And I learned how to improve my form in that first hour session.
Needless to say, I was disappointed that my schedule did not permit another class with her. Instead she made time to meet privately with me to further work on my form and address areas of concern...and at size 22 inching to size 24...I had many areas of concern.
Jeanne suggested I try the Tempo Lower Body Sequence when I return to Ohio. I did and I just hated doing it...but loved having done it! My thighs and buttocks burned like crazy...I thought spasms would take over my upper leg. Then when I thought I couldn't do anymore, Teresa (on the tape) would say stretch it out and slap the area. Oh, those words were so welcome!
The 60 day challenge came along and I enrolled and actually completed it. Periodically, Jeanne would e-mail me just to see how things were going. It was good to know I could contact her for guidance and support.
At the conclusion of the 60 day challenge, I had lost more than 25 inches with 3-4 inches from my hips, abdomen and waist areas. I did the 14 day boot camp initially and then reverted to doing the Tempo Lower Body about three times per week the rest of the challenge. I was pleased with the results as m size 22 clothes were falling off my body. I now fit comfortably in size 16 and at time size 14. I was even more surprised to get the call from Kitty indicating I was a Grand Prize Winner.
There is no doubt that I owe my progress to Jeanne and her quiet demeanor. She is a delightful person, who has walked in my weight-loss, get-healthy shoes.
So yes, if you are in the Gulf area, make it a point to go to one of Jeanne's classes or call her and see about a private session. I know you will be glad you did! I was!

I am not new to T-Tapp so I can write this with authority and experience. I've had many personal trainers and exercise regimens over the years (I am a 51 year old male in a sedentary job).
If you are able to come to a class to check out what T-Tapp is all about you will
discover first hand what I've now known and experienced for years. That is, T-Tapp is the only workout you will ever need.
T-Tapp incorporates strength training, flexibility, stretching, core and stamina training, and cardiovascular conditioning
in any level that will challenge everything
you've ever learned or thought you knew about fitness.
Give T-Tapp a try. After just a week or two,
you will see and feel a major improvement in your fitness level. You'll likely realize that you never need to go to the gym again for counterproductive, repetitive, and oftentimes laborious workouts.

I now make T-Tapping 3 times per week as important as my job. Each workout is challenging in a different way.

Not only is Jeanne an excellent instructor, her knowledge of exercise physiology will help you perfect your form to target your workout for maximum benefit. She also tailors the class to the needs of the participants, and provides personalized help. You'll be pleased with your results!

I have been going to Jeanne's classes since April. It doesn't matter what level you are at Jeanne is there to help you master the technique and move to the next level in your fitness workout.
Her expertise and knowledge helps you find ways to improve your form. Jeanne and her classes are awesome. I highly recommend the clinic she is having on January 24th. I went to the last one and couldn't believe how much encouragement and assistance she gave everyone. She is truly an excellent and caring trainer. Do it for yourself. Get fit and healthy in 2009

Whether you're just getting started or want to expand your understanding of this exceptional exercise/wellness program, you've got to spend some time with Jeanne. She will use her personal and professional knowledge and experience to get you where you want to be. She is an excellent instructor. I highly recommend Jeanne Zimet and her T-Tapp classes.
